Welcome New Trustees


Guneeta Duggal (Joined 2019)
Armed with an international education thanks to her father being with the Diplomatic Service, Guneeta has extensive experience in the airline sector having served with KLM and other airlines; and as an entrepreneur, running her own AITA-accredited travel services company.
With her involvement in education and the social services space, Guneeta is the founding trustee of Akshar Foundation, an NGO committed to raising awareness about and addressing children’s learning difficulties, especially dyslexia. Working closely with school counsellors, parents, and educators in this field, she also engages in one-on-one coaching for children who are challenged.
As a Trustee, Guneeta is focussing on welfare projects, scholarships, English language education, and counselling for the children of caddies. Her empathetic and endearing persona as well as her energy, social skills, and accessibility are a great asset to the Trust. She is a golfer, and an athlete, and loves the wilderness and the outdoors. She is a devoted mother and homemaker.

Kartik Bharatram (Joined 2022)
Kartik is the Joint Managing Director of SRF Ltd., a diversified chemical conglomerate. In addition, Kartik serves as the Chairman of KAMA Holdings Limited, a company that holds a majority share in SRF Ltd. He is also a Director of Shri Educare Limited, a company in the school education consultancy space.
Kartik is a fellow of the India Leadership Initiative, Aspen Institute India. He also heads the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Northern Region Family Business Network Committee and serves as the Additional Vice President of the Indian Chemical Council (ICC).
Kartik is a graduate from Santa Clara University, California, and earned an MBA from Cornell University, New York.
Aside from work, he serves as the Chairman of the Caddies Welfare Trust, is an avid golfer and is a winner of multiple pro-am Golf tournaments.

Amar Raj Singh (Joined 2023)
Amar is a Dipsite and a graduate from Shriram College of Commerce. He is also a CA. He served a long stint in Nepal and was the President of the Soaltee Group. On his return to India, he worked as Director External Affairs and Business Development with Coca-Cola India and then as MD of Diageo India and South Asia. He then turned entrepreneur and became a franchisee for Pizza Hut in India and Sri Lanka, from which business he has recently retired, having been at its helm for 15 years and growing it to a multi-brand 130-store chain.
Amar did his Senior Executive program at London Business School and a specialized course on Strategy and Change at Stanford.
He was decorated by His Late Majesty the King of Nepal for his contributions to SAARC
Amar is a thespian, a singer, a poet …and also a golfer! He was the Captain of the Royal Nepal Golf Club.
He was also the former President of the Aravali Centre For Art and Culture and a founding Trustee of The Akshar Foundation.
Amar is a member of DGC, Royal Colombo Golf Club, and Classic Golf Resort. "Started playing golf in Nepal and have played in several countries and courses. I am a morning golfer …and it is my first preference sport which continues to occupy the top slot in terms of time devoted!“
